FormForge is a training companion, not a doctor or a medical device. Its plans, weights, readiness scores and AI coach answers can be wrong. Talk to a qualified professional before starting a new program, especially if you have an injury or a health condition. If something hurts, stop.
Train safely
You are responsible for your form, the loads you choose, using a spotter or safety equipment, and resting enough. Suggested weights are estimates based on what you log.
Accounts
Accounts are for one person. Keep your password private and don't misuse the service, try to access other people's data, or overload it.
FormForge Pro
Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store: FormForge Pro Monthly ($4.99 USD per month) or FormForge Pro Yearly ($29.99 USD per year, with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers). Apple shows the price in your currency. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm, and the subscription renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in iPhone Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Community Rules
Community is optional: an account works fully without it. It is where lifters share training and cheer each other on. By joining, you agree to these rules.
- Be respectful. No harassment, bullying, threats or hate speech, including attacks on who someone is.
- No nudity or sexual content, and nothing graphic or violent. Progress photos should be clothed.
- No spam, scams, ads or selling. Never post someone else's personal information or photos without their permission.
- We remove content and ban accounts. We remove content that breaks these rules and may suspend or ban accounts, without warning for serious or repeated violations. Content reported by several people is hidden automatically while we review it.
- Report and block tools. Every post, comment, message and profile has a Report button, and you can block anyone. Blocking hides you both from each other.
- Groups and challenges. Groups are private crews of up to 20 people who join with a code, and the same rules apply to crew chat and check-in photos. Only share a code with people you want in the crew. The owner can remove members, and you can report any message or person.
- Fair play. Challenges are for fun and are scored from the workouts logged in the app. Do not fake workouts to win: we may remove cheating from the standings.

Your content
Your training data belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to run FormForge for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. What you post to Community is public to other FormForge users; you keep ownership, and you give us permission to show it there until you delete it or leave Community.
The service
We work to keep FormForge available and accurate, but it's provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including injuries from training decisions you make.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app grows and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use FormForge means you accept the latest version.
